Delete Your Card Scanner Account

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time.

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

1. Open Card Scanner and sign in.
2. Tap your profile icon (top-right).
3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm. Your account and data are erased immediately.

Option 2 — By email

Email contact@willowcy.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will process the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes: your account and login, your profile information, all cloud-synced business cards, and your scan history. This action cannot be undone. Cards stored only on your device are removed when you uninstall the app.
